We are looking for a Customer Acquisition and New Business Development Specialist to join the InTime Solutions Sales and Marketing Team. We want someone who is passionate about laying the foundation for meaningful relationships with clients, and being the driving force behind sales initiatives. Working in a strong team environment your role will be to plan and implement Customer Acquisition strategies as well as the qualification of all new leads.

Your responsibilities as Customer Acquisition and New Business Development Specialist will include but are not limited to:

  • Seeking out new business opportunities through strategically analyzing industry prospect lists
  • Prospecting for potential clients by telephone and email.
  • Responding to inbound-sales inquiries generated by the marketing department
  • Coordinating demonstrations for the InTime Sales team.
  • Turning prospects into leads through communicating the core ROI benefits of using InTime ,
  • Promptly logging all findings into the InTime CRM.

Of course, you will not be alone. We are a very close team and we all work together to ensure success. You will have a wealth of resources at your fingertips to kick around ideas and brainstorm solutions (the CEO is literally down the hall). You will also receive extensive training on the software application, as well as coaching on effective communication tactics within both government and private sectors. As the role develops, your Customer Acquisition and New Business Development skills will also be used by Sales Executives and our marketing department when designing trial programs, lead nurturing processes, and marketing publications. Of course, if we hire the right person the possibilities for expansion within the company are sky-high.
